We caught a taxi to Raffles. We had an hour to spare, so we wandered about and looked through the museum. Then to the Tiffin room for our high tea. It was lovely. A three tier plate was put on the table with sandwiches one of which was cucumber....LOL and little sweet goodies. We had 2 glasses of champagne...at an extra cost of course, and the choice of scones, jam and cream plus hot dim sims and other bits...I tried them all, more tarts etc. Dougie had English tea, as you do.....I didn't. As if that wasn't enough, then we went to a courtyard bar and had a Singapore Sling each...what else would you do in Singapore!!
Needless to say, we didn't have dinner and had an early night!!!
Tomorrow is Singapore Flyer and water tour on an old boat....
