Oh dear....yet another sleep in....it is just wonderful....lazy coffee and yoghurt with pistachios....
Grace had been up and cooked the chicken ready for us when we returned from the beach.
Grace and I did our nails and toenails.....
The Dan and Nick came down, Dougie had been downstairs and gone back up, came down and off to the beach we went.
The beach we chose was only a short distance away as it was easier for Grace to het in and out of. A lot of the beaches have pebbles and we wear plastic shoes in as it is hard to walk on the stones. This particular beach has stones at the edge, but soft under foot when you pass the stones. It is shallow and much easier for Grace.
We spent hours there...leaving around 3 pm to come home, eat lunch (the chicken with rice) and then have a nap....hard life, I know!!!
We got up and had coffee and fresh peaches. At around 8.45 ish...off we went into town at Perrama for a concert. We sat at tables by the sea, had a couple of drinks whilst watching the most amazing concert. We thought it was just children from the local school, but it was also adults. The dancing and music was just great, particularly the bouzouki...I just loved it.
I was videoing with my iPhone and there were people standing in front of the dancers, quite a way away, but she kept going up and asking them to move!! So funny. It was just a wonderful night. We arrived home just before 11.30 pm, Grace was fortunately in bed, I was in the bathroom downstairs when all the lights went out. Dan and Nick came down with the torchlight on his phone and guided me up the stairs!! Fortunately the lights came on about 5 minutes later.
Another beautiful day at Grace's house. We thank her so much for her wonderful hospitality.
